Go via Looe (it's much easier)
From Looe take the A387 towards Polperro.
2½ miles out of Looe turn right onto the B3359 signposted "Pelynt".
Drive through Pelynt village passing the village hall on your left and take the next turning on the right beside the white house at the top of the hill. This is a narrow lane with passing places.
Bear left at the next fork and follow the signs to "Trefanny Hill". Drive through the hamlet passing St Mary Manor on your right.
The entrance to Coldrinnick Farm is 300 yards ahead on the right.
Drive up towards the farm and follow the signs to the cottage.
